Citi Employee Services (CES) develops world-class global HR infrastructure that provides services, processes and tools to enable businesses to manage their employees while assisting in management of cost, risk, growth and quality. The successful candidate will be a member of the business analyst team of the CitiComp platform, which supports compensation processes for all Citi employees globally. Working closely with the senior compensation specialists across the all Citi businesses and geographies, he/she will need to partner to develop process and systems solutions to support business and Corporate compensation strategies, including end-to-end operations of data analysis, baseline, planning and payroll feeds processes. This role will primarily focus on managing the implementation of new project initiatives in support of global compensation strategies.Responsibilities include:• Manage client-facing projects and processes, working with multidisciplinary group of comp analysts, functional analysts, and technology developers. Projects may involve:o System consolidationo Process reengineeringo Comp plan implementationso Baseline strategieso Reporting tool deploymentso Employee communication enhancementso Payroll processes• Manage the Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC), to ensure smooth transition for CitiComp functional and technical teams, and all business sectors. Among these components are requirements gathering, functional design, internal QA, user acceptance testing, and end user training.• Partner with the technical development team with responsibility for system enhancements and support activities.• Support year-end compensation process operations from recommendation planning through reporting and payroll feeds processes.• Partner with businesses to facilitate compensation process enhancements and provide training and ongoing support to the compensation teams. Leverage CES Regional infrastructure, to enhance local support services.
