This includes everything from: pre-campaign analysis reporting; design of experiment in-market testing; manage internal and external (rental) lists; develop, testing and audit the campaign in Unica Affinium Campaign; and delivery of mail-read files to the campaign deployment partner (email, print, mobile). Continuously evaluate this campaign selection process and implement process quality or efficiency improvements. REQUIRED:• Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business, Computer Science or other related field, or equivalent work experience• Five or more years experience in direct marketing, database marketing, campaign management or related discipline • Strong attention to detail and focus on high quality – passion for production work• Excellent project management / organization skills, with a track record of consistently delivering campaigns on-time with high quality• Strong problem solving and decision making skills, even when under pressure• Good team work / relationship building skills, especially with team mates with whom you will only work with on the phone and through email• Experience successfully working with at least 5 MM household consumer databases (understanding data structures, relational databases, query optimization, file hygiene, etc.• Experience developing technically-successful campaigns using SQL and campaign selection tools (Unica Affinium Campaign is a plus)We offer a competitive salary and benefits package, along with a fast-paced work environment and the opportunity and accountability for you to drive your business.For immediate consideration, please apply on-line at www.shopko.com/careers Questions?
