Details: This is a full time position within Supply Chain Excellence. The position is intended to support Supply Chain Excellence Logistics team in the area of continuous improvement projects and other business initiatives. This role includes primarily distribution, packaging and warehouse management processes. This role is responsible for leading or participating in related CI projects with business owners in close cooperation with IT and other business teams. Additionally, this role also includes supporting SAP WM and Distribution users with technical knowledge as needed, as well as driving the SAP enhancements by various ways (including training, testing, investigating new functionality, defining requirements etc).Essential Functions: Lead or participate in logistics related projects as needed to support business initiatives Collaborate with IT, CoC managers, plants, business owners and key users to identify new CI opportunities and execute agreed upon projects within supply chain. Support key user network by training, trouble-shooting issues and recommending permanent corrective actions. Proactively seek and recommend appropriate solutions and options to stay current with technology and industry changes.

This individual will be an expert in all technical aspects of Sterling TMS in order to identify needs, and technical solutions for customers to support. Qualified individuals will have 3 to 5 years experience in supporting sales and customer software (SAAS) solutions in the logistics industry. Candidate should also have 3 to 5 years experience in Pre-Sales, Solution design, Customer Implementation (enrollment, set-up), and After Sales support.
