Panther Expedited Services is currently searching for a Transportation Management Software (TMS) Sales Engineer. This individual will be an expert in all technical aspects of Sterling TMS in order to identify needs, and technical solutions for customers to support. Qualified individuals will have 3 to 5 years experience in supporting sales and customer software (SAAS) solutions in the logistics industry. Candidate should also have 3 to 5 years experience in Pre-Sales, Solution design, Customer Implementation (enrollment, set-up), and After Sales support. Experience: 3 to 5 years supporting sales and customer software (SAAS) solutions in the logistics industry. Subject Matter Expert in TMS SAAS applications Have played a consultative role with customer evaluations Have worked around major ERP systems and supported EDI/XML integrations within Supply Chain applications. Preferred Experience: Knowledge of Sterling IBM TMS Knowledge of TMC, Manhattan, and ILOG commerce supply chain solutions. Supply Chain Management and Logistics background with a major 3PL or Transportation service provider.
