The primary objective of this individual is managing the day to day tasks performed in recovery testing, maintenance of business recovery requirements, insuring the integrity of the recovery work area  and managing project status meetings with the businesses and the technology groups.   Also included are ensuring that all test results documentation is kept updated and current versions are stored in the BCM database, producing clear and concise documentation of the BCM testing process and providing directional information to all stakeholders.•Execute business continuity tests in accordance with policy; Daily site management of the alternate work area; Gather, review and maintain current records of business' recovery requirements and match these needs to the site capability; Coordinate various technology groups that support test objectives (i.e. voice, market data, desktop, mainframe); Coordinate of third party vendor support; Maintain client delivery relationships with Business Recovery Coordinators; Project management of key initiatives as defined by BCM management; Produce and maintain test results documentation; Ensure that re-tests of failed items are complete and appropriate documentation filed; Maintain recovery seating database; Maintain calendar of recovery test schedule; Assist in the development of control management tools.Developmental Value: Understanding industry best practice worldwide • Knowledge of Citi business operations with exposure to business at a senior level • Exposure to contacts in all Regions globally • Understanding of the major business continuity regulations globally
