Details: OverviewThis position will analyze, design, implement, test, train and provide technical support for a full range of LabVantage software used in laboratory information and quality control processes at our facilities. Your challenges are defining requirements or identifying problems, designing and implementing solutions and providing timely support for this environment. Your goal is improving our customer facing systems in order to provide a better Bunge experience and improve operational productivity and quality. You’ll have a varied and extensive experience crossing all Bunge operational areas in the U.S. and Canada including Oilseed Processing/Refined Oil, Oil Packaging and Milling facilities. Essential FunctionsWork directly with quality control and plant management in utilizing LabVantage software to reduce costs and improve product quality for both our facilities and their customers. Participate in the creation of business and IT project plans, develop project schedules and ensure projects meet business requirements and timelines.Analyze assignments and determine software requirements.Complete system setup and software configuration in implementing automated laboratory and quality control solutions. Apply knowledge of LabVantage packages to meet business requirements at our crushing, refining and packaging facilities to enhance their production throughput, product quality, and safety through improved handling and quality control.Implement and support solutions that provide accurate and timely quality documentation for our customers and to meet regulatory requirements.Provide software technical support for our LabVantage packages at Bunge locations throughout North AmericaStrong communication skills across all levels of business organization:Working directly with facility Management and Quality Assurance to model their facilities specific workflow, end to end traceability of product and identify software requirements.To conduct key user training and assist in plant software rollout.Design and deploy data exchanges / integration between LabVantage package and other Bunge systems.
