IT Helpdesk

Details: Join this outstanding support team as an IT Support Analyst and you can expect to learn healthcare IT or further develop your healthcare IT background. ettain group has an immediate contract opportunity available for an IT Support Analyst in Charlotte, NC. In this position, your main responsibility will be to provide exceptional customer service to customers, provide detailed documentation of the issue, and then (if needed) warm transfer of the issue to a Tier II Support Analyst to resolve. You will also be responsible for troubleshooting application related IT issues, such as password resets, how to questions, and any other related issues. This is position will be a contract role, working 40 hours per week. The team works from 7 am - 7 pm Monday through Friday, so you should be flexible to these hours in order to be considered for the position.  Required Experience / Qualifications •- 1-5 years of Customer service focused phone Support experience. •- Experience with a Trouble ticket system such as Magic, Remedy, etc. •- Excellent Communication skills and customer service. •- Excellent Documentation skills Preferred Experience / Qualifications •- Experience working in a fast paced and high call volume support environment •- Healthcare and/or electronic medical record expertise Other Requirements: •- Must be able to work onsite at the client’s location in the Charlotte, NC area. Relocation expenses will not be covered. If you are not local, you should be willing to cover your relocation/travel expenses (interview expenses also will not be covered). •- You must be able to do a w2 contract during the contract.
