Details: Title: IT Help Desk & Support – Entry LevelOverview: Provide support to the IT Department and Help Desk assistance to the end users. Primary Duties and Responsibilities- Provide basic support for the company software and personnel computer systems to include maintenance releases, service packs, and patch releases - Troubleshoot, diagnose, and repair basic end user software and hardware problems- Maintain software license library in compliance with copyright laws- Provide assistance to the Network Administrator on installation, testing and maintenance of company LAN and WAN hardware and software- Configure, install, and support additional computer peripherals, to include printers, bar code stations, workstations, modems, etc…- Provide support for non computer related hardware, i.e. phones, faxes, etc… - Responsible for ordering and creating purchase orders of IT Department needsGeneral- This position reports to the Network Administrator- Work schedule is 32 hours per week- May be required occasionally to work overtime and weekends- Position requires employee to be mobile, able to bend and kneel under desks, walk up and down stairs, between buildings, and be able to lift objects up to 40lbs- Position requires a valid Florida driver license and vehicle as employee will need to drive between the main building and company warehouses- Position requires some performing of duties in company warehouses that are not climate controlled
