IT Business Tech Specialist• Establishes Work Queues, templates for resource run rate etc• Ensures the overall success of the LOB CDF projects• Daily monitoring of task progression• Track, consolidate & maintain tasks• Run Scrum/Engagement sessions for client programs• Responsible for the management of technical project(s) or program teams from initiation through implementation, includes: planning, analysis, design development and implementation• Provides overall direction for establishing project requirements, priorities and deadlines• Integrates project plans into Program Plans• Establishes roles and responsibilities within the core program team• Ensure project data is accurate and available for review by management and ensure that management is proactively informed of potential problems and risks so that risks can be mitigated or resolved before they become insurmountable.• Formulates and defines systems scope and objectives for complex, high-impact projects through in-depth evaluation of complex business processes, systems and industry standards.• Consults with the business clients to determine system functional specifications.• Partners with multiple management teams to ensure appropriate integration of functions to meet goals; identifies and defines necessary system enhancements to deploy new products and process enhancements.• Provides direction and technical leadership; acts as technical resource in all phases of the development and implementation process. • Evaluates new IT developments and evolving business requirements and recommends appropriate systems alternatives and/or enhancements to current systems.• Considers the business implications of the application of technology to the current business environment; identifies and communicates risks and impacts; proposes risk mitigation options.• Provides expertise in area and an advanced level of understanding of the principles of business analysis.• Possesses a comprehensive understanding of how own area and others (i.e., architecture or infrastructure) collectively integrate to contribute towards achieving business objectives.• Acts as advisor or coach to new or lower level analysts; allocates work.• Provides in-depth and sophisticated analysis with interpretive thinking to define problems and develop innovative solutions.• Influences strategic functional decisions through advice, counsel or provided services which directly impact the business.• Persuades and influences others through strong and comprehensive communication and diplomacy skills.
